I went to Dr. Gonzales for ketamine treatments. He and his office staff are a stellar group of people. Specifically, PA Kristy McCoy, who administers the treatments. She is a truly compassionate, caring and reassuring person. I was scared that first treatment because I didn’t know what was going to happen. Kristy calmly explained the procedure, asked if I had any questions and held my hand as I floated off. I had a total of eight treatments and always looked forward to seeing my kind “trip-sitter”, Kristy. My excellent experience with ketamine treatments hinges a lot on the people who were there to help me through it. I thank Brandon, Roxanne, Evelyn, Kristina and everyone else there. I highly recommend Pain and Spine Physicians of San Antonio.
